Charges other than the product price: A shipping fee applies. Within Japan: JPY 880 flat (JPY 1,620 for Hokkaido and Okinawa). For international orders, the fee depends on the product and destination and is shown at checkout.
Payment methods: Credit card and the other payment methods shown at checkout. Bank transfer and cash on delivery are not accepted.
Payment timing: Payment is made when the order is completed.

Delivery timing: Orders are usually shipped within 2-7 business days of the order date (except remote areas and busy periods). When orders are busy, delivery may take more than one week. For international orders, arrival is estimated at about 1-2 weeks after shipment (customs procedures may cause delays). For pre-order items, please check the delivery schedule on the product page; items are shipped in order once in stock. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email or phone.

Returns: Returns are not accepted in principle. If the item is defective or the fault is ours, please contact us by email within 7 days of arrival. Returns sent without prior contact cannot be accepted. For defects or our error, we bear the return shipping cost. The same conditions apply to international orders. Duties and taxes paid in the destination country are not refundable.

Sales quantities: Limits apply depending on the product.

Please check the delivery schedule on the product page before ordering, as shipping takes time. *Delivery may be delayed for production reasons. *Product images are of samples and may differ slightly from the actual product in specifications, finish and size. *Pre-order items cannot be cancelled or changed in size. *Pre-order items cannot be ordered together with regular in-stock items.
