| Accommodation Fee: | 1-night stay with 3 meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) + 1 round of golf at Sunny Country Club ¥66,000 per person (2–6 guests per tent) • Inside the tent: 2 single beds, 1 semi-double bed • In the main lodge: 2 bunk beds (4 single beds total) • Rates include 10% tax, ¥600 usage fee, and ¥50 golf promotion fee. |

| Bathhouse: | Guests may use the golf club’s large communal bath free of charge. Available: 6:00–7:00 / 15:00–22:00 (No baths are available at the campsite.) |
| Pets: | Allowed (medium dogs up to 15kg). Guests must sign the Pet Accommodation Agreement. • Please place a towel on sofas or chairs before allowing your pet. • During golf play, pets will stay unattended in the main lodge. • The facility is not responsible for any pet-related incidents. |

| Cancellation Policy: | 7–5 days prior: 20% / 4–3 days: 50% / 2–1 days: 80% / Same day: 100% / No-show: 100% * For bookings of 3 or more tents, cancellation fees apply from one month prior. |
| Weather Conditions: | In case of extreme weather such as typhoons, accommodation in tents may be suspended for safety reasons. Guests will be relocated to the main lodge if needed. • Decision timing: noon on the day before use • Criteria: official typhoon or storm warnings by the Japan Meteorological Agency, or when operation is deemed unsafe. • We will contact guests promptly by phone or email in such cases. |
