~ For Guests Staying with Their Dogs ~

We welcome guests staying with their dogs under the following terms and conditions. To ensure a pleasant experience for all visitors, please read the regulations below carefully and agree to them before your stay.

Sunny Country Club × MOSS Tents Glamping Pet Accommodation Agreement (PDF)

  1. Only indoor dogs that have received rabies and combination vaccinations within the past year are permitted.
  2. Dogs with aggressive behavior such as biting or attacking people or other dogs are not allowed.
  3. Dogs in heat are not permitted to stay.
  4. Please wipe your dog’s paws clean before entering the room.
  5. If your dog urinates or marks anywhere other than the pet sheet, please clean it using the provided cleaning tools and inform us via the in-room notification sheet.
  6. When leaving your dog unattended or when you go to bed, please ensure your dog is safely placed inside a crate (cage).
  7. Please do not allow your dog on the beds.
  8. Bathing or shampooing dogs in the room’s bathroom is not permitted.
  9. Any damage or stains to facilities, furniture, or equipment caused by your dog may result in a compensation charge.
  10. To prevent your dog from getting lost, please ensure it wears an identification tag.
  11. Outside your room and the dog run area, please keep your dog on a leash at all times to avoid accidents or inconvenience to other guests.
  12. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.
  13. Dogs are not allowed in certain indoor and outdoor areas, including all golf courses and practice facilities.
  14. Please comply with the rules established for each pet-friendly facility.
  15. If your dog exhibits excessive barking or mounting behavior, please correct it immediately.
  16. If any false information is provided upon booking or if the terms of this agreement are violated, we may ask you to leave the premises without refund.
  17. In the event your dog causes harm or damage to other guests, their dogs, or belongings, you are solely responsible for resolution. The facility assumes no liability.
  18. The facility is not responsible for any injury, death, theft, or escape of your dog occurring on the premises due to unforeseen circumstances.
