In 1960, Bill Moss created the world’s first dome tent, igniting the auto-camping boom. Fifteen years later, in 1975, he founded MOSS TENT WORKS — a brand that made its long-awaited revival in Japan in 2020. Bill Moss, who famously said, “A tent is a habitable work of art,” left behind numerous masterpieces that blend architecture and sculpture.

“THE ENCORE” is a large 2-to-4-person model inspired by the iconic “STARGAZER.” Its elegant curved silhouette is shaped by premium EASTON (USA) 7075-T9 ultra-duralumin poles, whose high elasticity gives structural strength and defines the signature MOSS curvature.

The Japanese-made Nylon Taffeta and Ripstop fabrics have been specially refined for long-term durability and weather resistance. This reissue is available exclusively through the MOSS TENTS ONLINE STORE.
