In 1960, the world’s first dome-shaped tent sparked the auto-camping boom. Fifteen years later, in 1975, MOSS TENT WORKS was founded — and in 2020, it made its long-awaited revival in Japan. Bill Moss, who described his creations as “livable works of art,” crafted many masterpieces that continue to inspire designers today.

“The ENCORE” is a large 2–4 person model inspired by the legendary STARGAZER. Its elegant curved form is shaped by premium EASTON (USA) 7075-T9 super-duralumin poles, providing both strength and elasticity to achieve the signature MOSS architectural curvature.

The canopy fabric — made in Japan from Nylon Taffeta and Ripstop — has been carefully refined for long-term durability and weather resistance. This edition is available exclusively through MOSS TENTS ONLINE.
